INNSBRUCK HOTEL

I have to say, I think that Innsbruck is the prettiest mountain town that I've ever been in- and I've been in a lot of mountain towns (especially after living in Colorado for five years)-- I don't think its possible for pictures to capture it- because its a 360 degrees experience. In every direction there are towering white capped mountains- with green forests leading up to the end of the tree line- and then the snow- and yet it seems like you could reach out and touch them. Our hotel I found through Tripadvisor.Com; City Hotel Schwarzerbar.

This place is out of a story- it actually looks much more like what I would expect Amsterdam to look like- This is a shot I took from the bridge looking over towards our hotel. Ours is the one nearly blocked by the tree that's painted the darkest green.

Here's also a shot of a good looking, if not a little road weary after 1.5 months, couple on the same bridge :)

This town is absolutely gorgeous.....I have to say this by far has appealed to me the most of your stay over there.

I have a question.......have you found unusual doors and or windows that you have photographed? I would think there would be.....I am into that......haven't been through your entire blog but am wondering if you have done that. Also - door handles........

You can certainly find interesting mailboxes. :-)
