There were these two guys walking around St. Veit the whole time we were there in very intimidating black uniforms- well maybe it was moreso the Doberman with a chained muzzle that they had with them that was the intimidating part. When we got done touring though and were heading out of town- we saw the guys talking with a couple of teenage girls (with multicolored red/orange/black) hair having cigarettes in the park-- and we thought at first maybe the guys were just flirting with them. All of a sudden the dog got incredibly ANGRY and started to bark (even with that chain muzzle on) at the girls- and leap at them- the girls SCREAMED and jumped behind these bushes- and the guy with the dog got him under control. As with most things over here we have absolutely NO idea what was going on- but the guys left with the dog- but not before I captured this pic.
