This is a shot in the main train station for Milan (they call it Milano-- and if you think about it, they should know)- Milano Porta Nuova. Since we have to catch a train out of here at 10:00am tomorrow morning I made Carol do a dry run trough the Milan subway system to prove that we 1) could get from the center of the old town where we are staying to the train station about 8 miles away- and we did it! in about 10 minutes! so we had train station pizza to celebrate! can YOU think of a better way???This other shot is from outside the church of the Last Supper Painting- Santa Maria Something or Other- we got inside it very briefly- very nice- plain and elegant.

You are a blogger! I love it! Since I am stuck in the land of thunder and tornados I will have to live through you this summer. I love the pictures. And Carol, up on another rooftop!
