Oh I have to show you this. We were walking around yesterday in one of the towns (they really all begin to run together after awhile)- and much to my delight the towns are filled with cats that just are just lolling out in the sun, not the least bit afraid of the thousands of people who are walking past them daily. I have a feeling they are part of the locale because there are postcards of cats for sale with the words Cinque Terre Cats on them. Well this one, clearly, had been on QUITE a bender before we came upon him. It was such a hilarious sight to see- even down to the empty pack of Camels right next to him J..
